Lori Klemm, DPM

As a young child, Dr. Klemm wanted “to help people and put casts on them,” according to her parents. She embarked on her medical career at University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She then chose to study at Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine where she received many honors and graduated Cum Laude. Dr. Klemm completed her training at RUSH University Medical Center, where she was Chief Resident. She enjoyed her residency, because of the wide range of conditions treated and the high volume of trauma and surgical cases.

 

Dr. Klemm values the team approach to medicine, working side-by-side with other specialists and general practitioners. She enjoys the challenge of trauma cases along with wound care, flatfeet, bunions and heel pain. Dr. Klemm believes that something as simple as good shoes can decrease the risk of many foot problems. She loves working with patients who take their condition seriously and are proactive about their health.

 

Dr. Klemm is board-certified in Foot Surgery.  She is a Diplomat of The American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.  Dr. Klemm is also a member of the Illinois and American Podiatric Medical Associations.

 

Dr. Klemm and her husband, Dr. Bailey, have two young daughters, and a Golden Retriever, named Ruby. Dr. Klemm likes to exercise, travel and spend time with her family.
